Strict production process for gift packaging boxes!

In the production process of packaging boxes, there are hidden quality hazards in every process. These quality hazards are not caused by incomplete production processes or complete equipment debugging. They are usually caused by the lack of quality awareness and uneven technical level of operators, coupled with careless process control, which can lead to quality defects. And these are all taboos for packaging box manufacturers during the reproduction process. In order to ensure the quality of the products, it is generally necessary to pay attention to these issues during the production process:

1、 Because the process of a hardcover gift box is different from that of a regular packaging box, special attention should be paid to the materials used, otherwise it may cause blistering, bending, and warping on the outer surface of the box. Generally speaking, thick cardboard or density board rarely present this problem.

2、 After pasting the paper on the four edges of the box, the adhesion is not tight, and there is a hanging gap between the paper and the gray board, which can cause loose edges if not careful.

3、 Regarding gift boxes with high requirements, especially the spot color printing of deep colored food cylinders, there are particles left in the lower layer of the packaging material, which will support the outer surface and damage the flatness of the box body, resulting in more scrapping situations.
